The Lion King 1½, known in some territories as The Lion King 3: Hakuna Matata, is a 2004 direct-to-video film parallel to The Lion King, focusing on the lives of comic relief characters Timon and Pumbaa. It was produced by DisneyToon Studios.

Timon and Simba, now a teenager, have a snail-slurping contest, which Timon loses.
