Higglytown Heroes is an American television series that aired on the Playhouse Disney block. It takes place in Higglytown, which is in a world where everyone is like a matryoshka doll. In each episode, four kids named Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, and Kip, and the talking squirrel Fran would encounter a problem they cannot solve. They would then get help from a "hero," who is someone with a certain job profession, and also learn about the importance of said job.

Twinkle's idea to retrieve her bathing cap is to get help from mermaids who would drink up the whole ocean.
