Pepper Ann is a cartoon series created by Sue Rose that originally ran on Disney's One Too block from 1997 to 2000, with five seasons produced and 65 episodes in total. It is based on a character in a comic strip published in the YM Magazine.
The title character is a 12 year old girl who fantasizes her emotions, wants to be cool and tries to survive 7th grade in the town of Hazelnut.

In an homage to Groundhog Day, Pepper Ann goes through the same Friday over and over again, so she visits Freezy Pleezy and eats the largest sundae she can offer, getting a huge, aching belly and being rushed out by the waiters. Of course, she goes back to normal after midnight.
