The Powerpuff Girls is a cartoon series created by Craig McCracken, based on his CalArts student film Whoopass Stew, for Cartoon Network that originally aired from 1998 to 2005. It has spawned a theatrical feature film, an anime series and a CGI special that aired in January 2014. A reboot of the series was released in 2016 and ended in 2019.
The series revolves around three little girls named Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. They were created by Professor Utonium when he tried making a formula for perfect girls, but he accidentally added Chemical X to it. This results in the girls having superpowers, which they use to fight villains and monsters.

Uh Oh Dynamo (S01E13)
A monster called the Fish Balloon Monster sucks a large amount of air, inflating itself into a gigantic size before attacking Townsville. The girls use the Powerpuff Dynamo to fight the monster, pop it, and send it flying.
Beat Your Greens (S02E04a)
All the kids of Townsville battle alien vegetables by eating them. One boy gets too full after eating too many of them.
"37 stalks... the horror... the horror..."
Imaginary Fiend (S02E09a)
To defeat the evil imaginary friend Patches, the girls create an imaginary friend of their own. After beating him up, she blows him up and sends him flying.
Candy is Dandy (S03E08a)
The Mayor and the girls end up bloated after eating the candy he shared with them as a reward.

When Eddie the caterpillar becomes a butterfly, it looks like she became thin, but her fat comes back after belching.

Buttercup has to lose her large muscles, so she agrees to get out of shape by being lazy.
Phantasm Chasm (S02E20)
While trapped inside a role-playing game, Blossom and Bubbles fall victim to some food which is so delicious they can't stop eating and become fat balls. Buttercup and Jared roll them away to help get them out of the game and they remain fat after returning home.

Mojo brags about his chiseled frame, only for his fat belly to bust through his belt. Later on, Professor Utonium ends up swallowing Mojo Jojo as an end of episode silliness gag.
