The Life and Times of Juniper Lee

The Life and Times of Juniper Lee is an animated television series created by Judd Winick and produced by Cartoon Network Studios, lasting for three seasons, premiering first on Cartoon Network on May 30, 2005 and ending its run on April 24, 2007. It centers around Juniper Lee, a preteen girl who protects the city of Orchid Bay from all kinds of paranormal threats in her role as Te Xuan Ze, the protector of both worlds. She is aided in her adventures by her grandmother, her little brother and a talking pug named Monroe.
