Mutant Moments, created by Alan Kerswell, is one of seven failed animated pilots produced in 2009 by Cartoon Network Development Studio Europe, and originally developed for Luminous Pictures in 2003. Hosted by Dr. Frenzy, the show was intented to be in the vein of The Twilight Zone but intended for children, much like Freaky Stories and Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids, telling gross-out stories about children with unnatural features.
The only story it could tell, The Truly Terrible Tale Of Lancelot Blowerlott, is about a boy with a blowhole on the top of his head, which could cause a mess whenever he ate. His parents decided to put a cork in it, so he could eat without causing anyone fuss. However, he grew so fat that it popped out, making an even bigger mess than before.
