Super Princess Peach is a spin-off platformer game of the Mario series made for the Nintendo DS. It is known for its role reversal of the usual Mario games. Bowser obtains the Vibe Scepter and uses its power to kidnap Mario, Luigi, and a group of Toads, holding them on Vibe Island. Princess Peach goes to rescue them, with help from the living parasol Perry and her powers of emotion.

The first boss is Petey Piranha, who swallows an imprisoned Toad. To defeat him, Peach has to use the Vibe power of Gloom to fill him with water, then jump on his navel (similar to Super Mario Sunshine). After Petey is beaten, he spits out the Toad.
