Chambrea the ghost maid steals Professor E. Gadd's briefcase on floor 5F by swallowing it whole, giving her a large rectangular belly with the briefcase visible inside her and forcing Luigi to chase her around the floor to retrieve it.
During the boss fight, Chambrea attacks by smacking Luigi with her belly, briefly making it stretch forwards.
In the kitchen on floor 2F, a mouse eats one of the elevator buttons that Luigi needs to access another floor. After getting the button back, it gets eaten by another mouse shortly after.
