Turbo is a 2013 computer animated comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation, released on July 17th. A Flash animated spin-off series, Turbo FAST, was produced exclusively for Netflix later in the year.
The story centers around a garden snail named Theo who dreams of competing with the Indianapolis 500 racers, and eventually gets his wish when he is accidentally sucked into a drag racing car's supercharger, fusing nitrous oxide into his DNA and giving him the powers and characteristics of a racing car.
At a pitstop, Theo gets his "fuel" by having a water bottle forced into his mouth.
