Zatch Bell! (sometimes referred to as Gash Bell! or Konjiki no Gash!!) is an anime based on the manga series by Makoto Raiku. The anime series ran from April 2003 to March 2006. The series focuses on a 14 year old boy named Kiyo Takamine. He discovers a young child named Zatch Bell who is actually a creature known as a Mamodo, a being that is capable of using magical spells for battle but only through help from a human partner.
