Tom of T.H.U.M.B. is a cartoon from the 1960s and a segment on The King Kong Show. It is about a three-inch-tall man named Tom, a secret agent for T.H.U.M.B. Along with his equally small sidekick Swinging Jack, they go on missions to thwart the plots of M.A.D., an organization that wants to destroy the world.
