So... There's this show called Wowser, it's about a dog whose owner is a scientist and there's an episode in which the dog uses a machine to get fit but at the end he turns into a giant, it also happens to a woman (altough it's off camera). At the end of the episode the dog eat a lot of food. I don't know how to find episode is now but it's on youtube in another language.

That's the episode "Slim Suit", though it didn't happen exactly as you remember it.

There's also a bit of stuffing / weight gain in "Automatic Eater", but it's hard to tell, considering Wowser is usually quite large anyway.

Yeah, it does count - that "no fat characters getting bigger" rule from the Fandom wiki is no longer enforced.

Okay, I've gone through a 50+ playlist of Belgian episodes and none had anything like you're describing. Do you at least remember what language the video was in so we can check other sources? Was it in Arabic?

Yeah i watched through and only found the "Slim Suit" episode which has some things like you describle, but there is no giant scene nor really a weight gain sadly...
