There's an episode of a Korean Anime which involves an evil spirit that possesses people and causes them to have an insatiable appetite. First, the spirit possesses a girl which cause her to eat so much until she's heavily obese. Next, it possesses a young boy which causes the same effect as the girl. The girl starts to gain weight at 10:16 up until 14:43. The boy gains weight at 14:54 and still remains fat until the end of the episode https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wuzpdodqulk&feature=youtu.be I don't know the name of this show nor can I find a full high-quality episode. until then, this is all we got for now.

Oh...they did make a season 2, and apparently season 3 is on the way. Season 2 is "Birth of the Ghost Ball X", but a search doesn't reveal any episodes.

Very late bump, but the video linked has gotten taken down for copyright issues. I can't seem to find any good reupload. I've seen the weight gain of the girl in a separate YouTube video but none of the boy.

The two characters that gain weight are at most the age of your typical middle schooler. Though the weight gain isn't meant to be sexual in nature.
