I'm having trouble finding the name of this game. All I remember is that it's a sequel and one of the characters is an elf from the first one who somehow became morbidly obese to the point where he gets stuck halfway through a passageway.

Not quite. His appearance has blonde(?) hair, white shirt, green jacket and "mandles". I also have trouble finding this other game. One of the characters is a female blonde vampire (at least I think she's a vampire). Her functions has her switch between slim and curvy.

Scratch that, just found the source of her. Shadowheart. For some reason, TV Tropes didn't mention it under "Big Beautiful Woman".

Never seen this before! I don't think there's any other instance in a JRPG where a pretty male character gets drastically fat.
