I’ve found a weight gain scene from an video game: ‘The Quivering’ Set in the dark and foreboding village of Warty Hollow, The Quivering follows the fortunes of young Spud, as he tries to save his uncle, Olivetti Franken-Stamp, from the diabolical spell cast upon him by the big cheese from Hell, Big D.

Spud feed two burgers to IMP so the imp become fat.

The fat imp appears in the inventory until 2:05:03, when it's used to hold down a sarcophagus. Also, a game-over at 2:00:48 shows Spud's crow companion being swallowed by a cobra.
