This is an old sighting as i remember seeing it on a weight gain blog, but Episode 28 of Tottoko Hamutaro Hai! has some weight gain in it, the episode titled "Eating too much". I haven't been able to find a raw copy of it though.

i think it was the cartoon fatness blog but i ditched tumblr a while ago. plus it might have been lost in the purge
