Brunhilde is shown with a noticeably extended gut in one shot when shown eating pies, interestingly enough, this is added only in the anime whereas in the manga she just has stuffed cheeks from the pies.

Judging by the screenshot uploaded here,I wouldn't call it noticeable cause I can't even tell if it's there...looks normal size to me.
