In Episode 133, starts around 15:30 Ajimi Kiki blow backs due to holding back sentence enders?

The same thing happens in Episode 140, starts around 11:00 where Ajimi Kiki tries to maintain herself with a contraltion only to blow up with kanji.

The first instance was under the Pripara section, but was never added. The video is unfortunately down but there are sites out there hosting the episodes.
