There are a few more episodes I spotted weight gain in the Paw Patrol.

In "Pups Save a Stowaway" Zuma briefly gains a belly after eating a pup treat so the suitcase would close.

In "Mighty Pups Charged Up" in the dome episode Copycat gets a tummy ache from eating too much pie, and appears again at the end of the episode.

If that happened to a lesser but still noticable degree everytime a kitten or pup was rewarded/ rewarded themselves with a treat, and they were expediently more bloated with the sized and/or amount of the treats, I would probably have a basement full of their merchandise.
