Keep deleting these and making new rules, you won't silence everyone.

Everyone's explained this to you already (and you've either ignored it or taken offense to it which is why the mods have just taken to deleting you) but this is a site built on voluntary community effort, not obligation. No-one's denying that they have preferences which shape the kinds of contributions they make and there's nothing wrong with that. You're not a crusader for truth pointing out an injustice, you're just throwing a tantrum because people aren't acting the way you want. It's a really goofy look and it's not compelling anyone to do anything. This has, again, been said to you a tonne already, but if you have time to write these little rants for almost every forum thread then it seems like you probably DO have time to create pages for content that's been overlooked yourself... then the content will no longer have been overlooked... you see how that's a better, more direct solution for your grievance than raving in the middle of the town square about anime girls?

I don't think it's the only way but if you type 'https://bigcartoon.org/' in your browser bar followed by the title of the page you want to create, exactly as you want it to appear (for instance ' https://bigcartoon.org/Male Animals From America Get Fat - The Movie (2020 version)') you'll get taken to a page with a 'create this page' button.

Once you're in the editor, drag all the images you want to upload into the area at the top, click 'upload' and write in the page's text. Information about creating headers , catergories, galleries etc can be found here but to be honest it's probably easier to learn by going to a pre-existing page, clicking 'edit' and seeing how it's put together since there's a lot of features we don't commonly need to use here.
