Last year I saw this once and thought it was only a dream because it was removed some time later. In fact, this youtuibe channel tends to remove it's videos after a short while so we may have to act quick on this one. I know this because I've been following the channel and they've had several Chinese cartoons before but were removed after like a few weeks or a month.
It seems that the little demon guy routinely inflates himself to a massive ballooned size before flying away at the end of every episode so there are multiple sightings in this cartoon.
