After learning the news recently, is there an alternative site that updates frequently and is up to date with the cartoons uploaded?

Well there is a Watch Cartoon Online but you can't even watch them for some reasons

You can also try YouTube, a lot of rare and obscure cartoons end up being posted there. Just remember to search in the Private/Incognito mode to save yourself time with YouTube's "Recommendation" system.

I checked some of the streaming sites. I started to watch partially of the TV shoe 100 Wolf but apparently the ones I checked aren't working, and I'm starting they might not work with the others at all.
