Forum - In search of a manga

So I've been searching for a manga for a while now to no avail.

The manga contains female stuffing, where a girl participated in an eating contest of some sort, and ended up getting a bloated stomach. Her, and what I remember as the protagonist then go for a walk in the woods, and run into another character, who thinks that they're together and that the girl is pregnant. The girl was wearing a striped shirt.

That's about all I can remember about it. I originally found information about it on the now defunct Japanese wiki for stuffing (https://w.atwiki.jp/huguri/), however it's no longer possible to see the pages for instances in manga and anime, as they've been made admin only.

Hopefully people on here can help with the search, although I don't have high hopes, as I don't really know anything else about the manga.
