Catwoman (2002) Issue #55 in readcomicsonline, Selina apparently had a baby and so stopped being Catwoman for some time (she looks bigger in previous issues too) and this is when she puts on the costume again and she struggles with zipping it due to still having some post-pregnancy weight.

Me as well, and maybe this will end up added in this site as well at some point. It's from "Catwoman: One Year Later" apparently, I managed to find it.
