To be frank, this might or might not be an actual expansion as it could just be that his shirt rode up since he placed the bucket on his belly. This might need to be moved to "general" since these non-expansion gags tend to happen in media sometimes as far as I can tell.

Also, he springs back out in perfect shape while the other characters don't snap out of their visible funk.

At least we did not have a sequence of Loona doing a Halloween party with some friends, singing about how they love to fornicate with ghosts while making fun of Moxxie who would be disguised as the ghost, and later, Loona eats so much candy at her supposed girl's night out that she gets a potbelly, which I thought was going to happen as Erica Lindbeck sang for one of the songs while I was exploring the credits first.

That would have been too extreme, given that the hellhound is already the subject of these kinds of art and adding an official expansion of her in the show would drown the world in the rabid fan's fluids.

Same goes for when I read Loona swallowed an entire set of coffee in the beginning of the episode. I was expecting a gag usually associated with these kinds of things like a burp, a brief bulge of the stomach, or chipmunk cheeks when she places the coffee set in her mouth but nothing actually happened and that it was an act of necessary evil as they were burnt out. I hope she doesn't expand or I know what's going to happen.

Is it still count or not?

I don't think we will know. We might have to just ask one of the show's animators (they're on BlueSky) if Blitz indeed gained weight out of his coping methods or if it was just his position and that his shirt rode up.

We might get one on Sinsmas, though.

In my opinion, I really don't think it counts. To me, it looks like he's simply slouching with the tub of ice cream sinking into him a little bit.

If he was intentionally meant to appear stuffed or fatter from overeating, I believe they would've made a detail like that far more pronounced and obvious. That does not seem to be the case and therefore does not count.

Might eventually happen in Sinsmas, as I've stated. Think about the similar cartoons like Simpsons and Family Guy, in particular the holiday episodes, especially when the episode is well over its average runtime.

Plus, they don't seem averse to using gags on both male and female characters so it might not even be Blitz who gets the expansion treatment. Imagine that happening.

I think this is looking way too much into things, and the Helluvaverse has been known to not be very encline on stuffing-related gags (plus I heard that Sinsmas will be apparently a more serious and tragic episode in the same way Mastermind was, since it is a direct follow-up, so there might not be much goof-off)
