Like, when a character is inflated (or fat, but preferably inflated) for most of the episode or just longer than five seconds in general? Examples like Lilo and Stitch's "Frenchfry", and most recently, Wanda being inflated in Karate Sheep "Wolf's Airwalkers."

Richard Watterson in "The Menu". I found it very funny how he gained weight trough the episode and how in the end he wasn't able to eat the burger he wanted.

Summer Camp Island where Hedgehog and Oscar are bloated from a pie-eating contest. they stay like that for a few good minutes or so. Very Underrated.

For me? Well first off, I really liked the classic Frenchfry episode as a child, but nowadays?

I have to say, the fat Clover episode from All Hail King Julien. She looks reasonably realistically fat for a kids cartoon, and nor like a sphere or something, including a fat face with a double chin, second, her having mobility issues with her fat, her character changing to grow more greedy and gluttonous and most important - she doesn't lose the weight on-screen. It's practically perfect for me. The show just re-sets her to regular character next episode, because of how cartoons just work.

Seeing a lot of fat here. Any regular inflations?

Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs episode "Achoo". In that episode Harry gets ill and his dinosaurs get ill too. One of them turns into a balloon and he stays like that until the end of the episode.

Same here for the Clover expansion, and as a child I loved the Tummy Trouble episode from Clifford
