so from what I seen in the episode , the plot is that Olga becomes the spokesperson for a new cereal and Charlotte becomes jealous because she wanted to be the spokesperson, so she pretends to be Olga's manager so that she can secretly fatten Olga up with the cereal while she secretly loses weight, but she winds up in the hospital with bulmia
