There was an episode missing from El Tigre.

It's 1b from season 1, Night of the Living Guacamole. Rodolfo and Grandpapi ate some guacamole from an old lady, in disguised really Dr. Chipotle Jr, turns out to be a mutgenic compund that turns them into guacamole zombies.
