I had forgotten about this game and the 2021 "Touch the Stars" RPG Maker Game Jam Steam for a while. The main character is a purple Kirby-like knight creature that can eat anything using a inhale ability. He has the "full" body state when holding something in his mouth as well. But unlike Kirby, the Buffet Knight gains experience from eating enemies instead of abilities. I remember him gaining weight from either leveling up or after getting upgrades from bosses. There were several of these fatter states the knight would go through by the end of the game. The last bit of expansion I remember happens during the game's secret ending, I'm not going to spoil it.
The game is free on Steam and I remember it taking me around 30 minutes to beat.
