Forum - Anyone else remember this expansion scene?

I got reminded of this today. Remember that live-action-cartoon hybrid called "Out of Jimmy's Head"? It was about that kid who had his brain transplanted with a brain of a Walt Disney parody. So let's get to the point - I remember a expansion scene happening in it.

One of the animated characters that appears in it was a penguin who's main gimmick was that he was a bad comedian, and would say "zig" everytime he'd finish one of his bad jokes. I remember there was one episode, where he'd inflate with some sort of joke buildup (?) everytime someone wouldn't let him say "zig", culminating in him popping in a typical cartoonish way, as he and other cartoons were parodies of Looney Tunes and Disney characters.

Maybe it's just my brain mixing up memories of the Skipper inflation from Penguins of Madagascar and April Fools' expansion from Fairly Odd Parents, but maybe it's not? Anyone else remembers this?
