Aside from episode "Night of the Living Guacamole", I forgot to add another episode from El Tigre, 1a "Sole of a Hero" that Rodolfo gains weight after slipping into depression due to his Bronze Boots of Truth broken by Manny and Frida, but believed he was getting too old to be a superhero. He returned to his original form after his boots were fixed by radiation.

I also looked in one of the episodes of 101 Dalmatian Street, I don't know if anyone counts this but in "London, We Have a Problem", Dylan gets a bit of a belly from eating cheese kibble treats.
