Soreike! Anpanman

Soreike! Anpanman is an anime series based on a series of children's books by Takashi Yanase, centered around the heroic exploits of Anpanman, a superhero with a head made of anpan, trying to save the world from the evil schemes of Baikinman, a humanoid germ.

The anime series is produced by TMS Entertainment and has aired on Nippon TV since October 3, 1988. It is also one of the most popular and heavily merchandised anime in its native Japan.

Fūsen Kaba-san (Mr. Balloon Hippo) tries to blow one of his gum bubbles for Baikinman and Dokin-chan (after the former captured him) but it blows back into him.
