Otaku Elf (Edomae Elf) is a manga series created by Akihiko Higuchi, running in Shōnen Magazine Edge since June 2019. An anime adaptation produced by C2C premiered in 2023. In the story's premise, Koito Koganei has inherited the position of miko for the Takamimi Shrine, which houses the goddess who has been worshipped there for centuries. This so-called goddess is actually an elf named Eldali Ilma Fanomenel ("Elda" for short) who was summoned from another world. She is also an otaku shut-in who is scared of going outside. As Elda's caretaker, Koito tries to help her enjoy the outside world.
