Nichijou (meaning Everyday) is a manga series created by Keiichi Arawi. It is also known as My Ordinary Life. The manga began its run in Kadokawa Shoten's magazine Shōnen Ace in December 2006 and ended in December 2015. However, it went into serialization again in 2021. An anime adaptation by Kyoto Animation aired in April 2011, following an OVA the previous month. The series follows various characters as their lives are mundane one moment and bizarre the next. The ones with the most focus are a trio of schoolgirls and the residents of the Shinonome household.
