Alan refuses to eat his vegetables, so he then has a dream where he is on a boat sailing with an elderly man comparable to his grandfather, who forces him to eat all his vegetables, so he then eats it all up, leaving him stuffed until the man leaves.

After school, Alan finds what he believes is a fridge fitful of ice pops, which he greedily eats at all once, making him stuffed again, so stuffed that he needs to go to the toilet and poop, which he then slims down, and after he got out of the house, his stomach accidentally became inflated and he flies away. Later when he wishes not to eat candy anymore, he deflates by farting back to shape that two birds helped him get down.
