Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (Kobayashi-san Chi no Meidoragon) is a manga series created by Coolkyousinnjya. It started its run in Monthly Action in May 2013, later gaining spin-offs and an anime adaptation in 2017 produced by Kyoto Animation. The story follows the office worker Kobayashi, who climbs a mountain one night after getting drunk. She finds an injured dragon named Tohru and removes the sword in her back. Out of gratitude, Tohru lives with Kobayashi (who drunkenly offered) and becomes her maid. However, not only does Tohru have unorthodox housekeeping methods, but her presence draws the attention of other dragons.
