Joe Soap was a British comic strip that was drawn by John Dallas and ran in the D.C. Thomson humor title Cracker and later Beezer, in total running from 1975 to 1989. It was about the titular named Joe Soap, though his real name was Joe Brown, and his crackpot inventor Grandpa testing out multiple bubble mixtures to find the right harmless mixture, but each mixture would have different effects and cause chaos.
