Girls und Panzer
Girls und Panzer is multi-media series that was released in 2012. It consists of anime, manga, light novels, games, and films. The story is set in a world where people practice a martial art known as sensha-dō, which is the operation of military tanks for sport competitions. Miho Nishizumi comes from a family of great sensha-dō practitioners, but was traumatized in the past. To get away from the sport, she transfers to another school that stopped practicing it. However, the student council decides to revive it for the national championships, making Miho join because she is the only student with experience. With new friends at her side, Miho learns to love sensha-dō again and lead her team to victory, for the school will be closed down if they lose.
