Get Muggsy! is a 2006 direct-to-DVD edutainment cartoon produced by Flying Rhinoceros (founded by Flying Rhino Junior High creator Ray Nelson, Jr.) and starring characters from Muggsy's Meadow, a short-lived childrens' club featured at Mills Corporation's shopping malls in the mid-2000's. Being a short intended to teach children about strangers, it has Carl the raccoon, Tred the oppossum and Lilly the spider head off to rescue their friend Muggsy the beaver after he's abducted.
In order to sneak in and find Muggsy, Carl gets the idea to inflate himself and Tred with helium and pretend to be balloons.
