Generał Italia - Polish, flash-animated satirical adult cartoon made by Bartosz Walaszek, the author of Kapitan Bomba and other flash-animated cartoons they call "kartony" (Which can be roughtly translated to "Cardboards"; some of them include Blok Ekipa and Galaktyczne Lektury).

A robotic suppository takes control over Hitler's organism, but grows fat (a parody of Jabba The Hutt) in the process due to eating large anmouts of pizza, until it dies of heart attack.
