Fruit Twistables is a discontinued snack food produced by Kellogg's and sold during the 2000s. The product was a fruit snack made of three fruit-flavored strands twisted around each other. The commercials featured a Fruit Twistable sergeant training young fruits at a boot camp to become the snack.
