Dotto! Koni-chan is an anime series from 2000 directed by Shinichi Watanabe. It wasn't very popular in Japan, but it was a great hit in Latin America. The star character is a large boy named Koni (based on the sumo wrestler Konishiki Yasokichi). He and his friends always have crazy adventures, which also contain many parodies and wacky humor.
