Dororon Enma-kun MeeraMera is a 2011 remake of the anime and manga series Dororon Enma-kun, created by Go Nagai. It is targeted to an older demographic than the original series. It chronicles the adventures of the Yokai Patrol - Enma-kun, Yukiko-Hime and Kapperu - as they track down any ghosts that have escaped from hell.

Roly-poly Shock (S01E06)

A new student has joined Harumi's school; a fat boy named Goro Goro. He spots Harumi and tries to hug her, but she kicks him. However, anyone who touches Goro Goro or anyone affected by him will instantly turn into a balloon and get a huge appetite. The Yokai Patrol discover that Goro Goro is the disguise of Fukurashiko, a Yokai resembling a sumo.

Everyone in the world has become a balloon, and Yukiko bounces away with Enma and Harumi chasing her around the world. Enbi-chan, who started it all, is also turned into a balloon when Fukurashiko thanks her, and when a volcano blast sends them all to the moon, Enbi joins the Patrol in defeating Fukurashiko. When they do, everyone is back to normal, but anyone who has eaten a lot of food, specifically Harumi, has gained weight ever since.
