Diary Of Desire - deep (sometimes presented as 'Tales Of Greed - deep') is an Indonesian horror anthology about characters who have their deepest desires granted, only to have them backfire in macarbe ways.

An office worker discovers an app that allows her to store body fat in an online cloud and transfer it to people at will.
Chapter 52
Later there is a flashback to before Jison had the app, where she is bloated after a binge.
Chapter 54
Jison transfers her old weight into the body of her rival.
Jison uses the app to instantly revert back to her old weight.
Chapter 54
Jison exceeds the app's 1000kg storage limit - meaning all her deffered weight, plus the weight of two people she used the app to murder get instantly transferred back to her.
