D.N. Ace is a Canadian animated series by Matthew Wexler. It aired on Teletoon in 2019, being the channel's final original series in the English language before the rebranding to Cartoon Network Canada. It also received consultation from Dentsu and OLM, Inc. The show follows 12-year-old Ace Ripley, who lives in the town of Del Nuevo where robots are a part of life. He and his best friend Sloane Plunderman one day discover a secret area underneath Ace's house that holds a powerful meteorite, watched over by the intelligent and immortal squirrel Mendel. Mendel gives Ace the DNA Scrambler, a device built by himself and the boy's ancestor, which enables him to combine a living thing's DNA with an object to create new creatures, which they call Scrammers. With this power, Ace keeps the meteorite a secret from any evildoer, while also trying to just have fun.
