Another ban

When you make a new page, you are supposed to make it look complete with information, even if there is more content to be added. By putting "work in progress," you show that you lack capability and forethought. On top of that, it seems you never read the rules and policy like Argentite suggested. Because of this, I have banned you for 3 months. I'm willing to give you another chance, but if you don't learn from this experience, then we may end up banning you permanently. Please think about what you do before you do it, and things will be that much easier for everyone.
