Cartoon in English source?

I upscaled a rip from the Gulli subscription service that's 404p x 720p by 2 using Waifu2x, but noticed the YouTube channel uploads in HD and English. Is there a DVD or Blu-ray available? Same goes for old shows that were made in Flash. I'd love to see them, specifically the weight gain and inflation scenes, in HD.
