Dehydration

Before Spongy became bloated into extreme measures from hillbilly Sandy’s gardening hose after making fun of her in Squirrel Jokes who provides his dehydrated voice? I’m 100% sure it was not Tom Kenny but presumably a (uncredited) Dee B. Baker who lends vocals to Bubble Bass and Squilliam in the series paired with the “Then drop on the deck and flopped like a fish” tuna. Nevertheless this is my favorite expansion scene in the series as it is one of two SBSP clips featured in the Obfuscating Stupidity page on <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ObfuscatingStupidity">TV Tropes</a>.
