About the manga
The Animal Crossing Manga is based off the franchise by the same name, not much info is known about despite being known for it's odd humor and also being in korokoro magazines.

Isabelle gets a stuffed belly after eating aload of food. She also has an expression of satisfaction too. and in another page/issue, in an effort to get big, Isabelle stuffs her face with mooncakes(?) causing her to fatten up rapidly and start squishing against other villagers. She eventually does become a giant in the next page.
