Valkyrie Drive Mermaid is an anime series directed by Hiraku Kaneko. It's about a group of girls who have been infected by a virus called the "A-virus" which causes girls to turn into a weapon upon being kissed.

"Nimi Minimi not yet used to her new giant form realizes she hasn't eaten any food in a long time, this causes Torino Kazami to whip up a meal fit for a giant. As a result, most of the villages food supply is put into this meal. Nimi Minimi is absolutely stuffed and satisfied after eating this meal.
